Corrections and addings in the 2-nd announcement
Dear Colleagues,
After we have printed and mailed 2-nd announcement there have emerged some corrections and addings to the text of the Announcement. Here they are:
1. Hotel accomodation only (without travel)
Official Tourist Agency of the PSST-2002 Meeting has communicated to the Organization Committee the prices of lodging in the hotel Marritim without transportation Airport "Barajas" of Madrid - Airport "Tenerife Norte"- Hotel "MARITIM" -"Tenerife Norte"- "Barajas" for those visitors who travel to the Conference using their own transportation means.
It is just slightly higher than the price of lodging included into the Basic Package (Hotel and transportation) and amounts to:
- Hotel "MARITIM" (shared room + full board) - 48,4 €
- Hotel "MARITIM" (single room + full board) - 65.5 € .
We have introduced this option into the Hotel Reservation Form
To enhance measures of security in the airports after the 11 September terrorist attaque, many administrations worldwide (and spanish authorities too) have introduced new tax - Airport Security Fee starting from october 1, 2001. In Spain it amounts to 18.5 € . This sum is to be added to the price of basic package for the Hotel reservation. Corresponding changes are introduced into the Hotel Reservation Form.
