International Exchange Programmes Office
This university-wide office is in charge of managing the various international exchange programmes available for students, teachers and administrative and services staff that involve the participation of institutions outside Spain, and which require physical mobility (Socrates-Erasmus, PROMOE, Leonardo da Vinci, APICID, DRAC, SICUE-Seneca,...).
Information Office
It responds to all the questions, doubts, and enquiries relating to the studies and the academic life at UPV: courses, activities, accommodation... Moreover, it processes UPV ID cards; it is the lost and found office of the Valencia Campus site, and gives advice on corporate image. The Information Office, in collaboration with the Information and Communications Systems Office (ASIC), develops the contents of the UPV web site, and updates the news items on the UPV home page.
Student Services
It is in charge of co-ordinating and managing the procedures and actions relating to University admissions, co-ordination of the registration process, validation of subjects, approval of free election subjects, management of grants, issuing degree awards, official Master's degrees and PhD programmes.
Information and Communications Systems Office
It provides services such as the intranet (personalised information available on-line), web pages (web space to host your personal web page), remote access (so you can connect to UPVNET from home) and e-mail (personal mailbox).
Library and Scientific Documentation Office
It provides and manages the library collections and the information resources that are available in order to support and enhance study, teaching and research within the University community. In addition to the Main Library, UPV has libraries at FI, BB AA, ETSID, ETSMRE, ETSGE, ETSICCP, ETSII, ETSIA, EPS Alcoy and EPS Gandía. Likewise, there is a reading room available (only for consultation) at ETSIT.
Occupational Health Centre Juana Portaceli
It provides preventive health care for all the staff of the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. It also offers clinical and emergency medicine to all the University community, and carries out preventive vaccination and health promotion campaigns. Besides, the Occupational Health Centre delivers training courses for UPV employees on risk prevention and health care issues.
