Budget

Academic fees represent the main source of income generated by the University itself. Other sources include the basic and target-dependent subventions, funding from infrastructures and income from activities included in article 83 of the University Constitutional Law (LOU). The most important items of expenditure are staff wages, ordinary running costs, financial expenses and those deriving from educational improvement schemes and R&D, as well as spending on infrastructures and expenses related to the activities included in article 83 of the LOU. From the report below it can be seen that the financial situation at the University is quite healthy and capable of supporting the funding of multi-year investments.
