ContractVice-Rectorate for Art, Science, Technology and Society
The major changes experienced both in ways of life and in the socio-cultural context call for production and dissemination models that optimize the response to this multi-faceted crisis, which include ecological, economic, political, and ethical aspects. For this reason, we would like to support the reorientation impulse that we have observed and analyzed in the arts, sciences and technologies, to reinforce their connection with society.
The functions are articulated in three ways: Cultural Action, Social Action and Heritage, supplemented by the UPV Publishing House as a basic entity for the creation and dissemination of knowledge. That framework shall deploy the resources and strategies of the scientific, technical and cultural mechanism of this Vice-Rectorate.
