The Certificate of Competence for Teaching in Valencian enables you to teach in Valencian as a vehicular language in non-university education within the subject area of Valencian. The Polytechnic University of Valencia, in accordance with the order 17/2013 of April 15, of the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sports of the Generalitat Valenciana (Valencian Government), provides training for obtaining this certificate.
The Polytechnic University of Valencia offers the opportunity to obtain the Certificate of Competence for Teaching in Valencian to persons who have successfully completed the UPV University Expert Qualification in Professional Competence for Teaching in Valencian. · A university degree (old or current study programmes, including the university qualification in Engineering or Architecture). Students who have less than 30 ECTS credits pending to finish their degree, including the Final Degree Project, will also be provisionally enrolled. These students will not receive any certificate for the modules or the University Expert Diploma will not be issued until they obtain their degree.
