Students shall submit the grant application within the deadline established in the call itself (usually until 15 October).
The grant application may be submitted after 15 October and until 31 December of the corresponding academic year, in the following cases:
- In case of death or forced retirement (not by turning the statutory age) of the main breadwinner after the deadline.
- In the case of students whose economic situation was seriously affected by due cause.
The students will be able to check the status of their grants on the University's website through the intranet
by login in with their ID and PIN number (Personal queries).
Similarly, they may check the website of the Ministry of Education to learn about the status Ministry of Education
