Ordinary Call
Second call
The General Terms and Conditions for an extraordinary call will be published in March 2026.
Each School and Faculty at UPV may decide whether to activate selection processes through specific calls in AIRE. Deadlines will depend on each Faculty of School.
There will be no French or German level tests in the extraordinary call.
Form of application
Applications must be submitted exclusively online via the AIRE web application (UPV personal intranet), following this path:
Servicios > Relaciones Internacionales y Cooperación >> AIRE
On the homepage of the AIRE portal, you will see the available calls for your School and degree program. By clicking on the name of the call, you will see the instructions. If you click on "Nueva solicitud" (New application), you will begin the process.
A single School may have several open calls. Make sure you apply to the correct call.
For example, you might see a regular Erasmus call and a specific call for Double International Degree destinations. Some Schools (ETSINF and ETSAV) will have specific calls for certain master's programs under the ENHANCE Thematic Paths.
Once an application reaches the "Registered" status, it can no longer be modified. If you need to change any data (e.g., the order of destination preferences), submit a new application (always within the deadline).
If you have more than one "Registered" application for the same call, the oldest one will be canceled, and the most recent one will be considered.
Process
The Internationalization Service (central mobility office at the Valencia campus) defines the General Terms and Conditions of the call: requirements, conditions, and general rules for applicants from any UPV School and degree program.
The rest of the process is managed in a decentralized way by the International Relations Office of each School or Faculty: review of academic requirements, evaluation of merits, classification of applications, and final destination assignment.
All the process details (requirements, and evaluation criteria) are defined in Annex I of each call. Read them carefully. You will find Annex I by clicking on the button See instructions once you start an online application. Many Schools and Faculties also publish the documents of their calls on the website of the School (in the section "International Relations".
For master's programs administered by a Department or Research Institute, the mobility office may be either the International Office of a School/Faculty or the central Internationalization Service. You can check the responsible office for your master's program in this document.
The allocation of mobility spots may be carried out in two ways, as defined in Annex I of each call, and only after verifying that each applicant meets the requirements for the requested destination (study level, UPV degree or specialization, language, etc.):
Languages: requirements, certificates, and language tests
The language levels and, where applicable, specific certificates required by each host university are defined in Annex I of each call published in the AIRE application by UPV Schools.

Clarifying Note – CertACLES B2 Exam (November 2025 Call) Applicants registered for the CertACLES B2 exam in November at UPV must attach the registration receipt from the UPV Language Center (CDL) to their Erasmus application. The CDL will communicate the list of pass/fail results to the UPV Internationalization Service, which will forward it to the International Relations Offices of each UPV School and Faculty. The "PASS" result will be evaluated as if it had been submitted during the application period for all purposes, as defined by the call and the Annex I of each School. This applies only to the CertACLES B2 level exam at the UPV Language Center (CDL). |
