The requests for IT support start when opening a case through the application Gregal ETSA. Service members attend tickets using corporate online tools such as Microsoft Teams and ISL remote assistance.

Once the case has been opened, last level IT support can be provided in person, always by appointment, at the counter desk located at the end of classroom N50 (stair 3 ground floor).
