This service is governed by the following terms and conditions:

1.- The author exclusively retains the intellectual property of the work carried out.

2.- The author acknowledges and accepts being responsible for its content and the consequences of its publication. The recording of content does not imply that the UPV endorses said content or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed thereof.

3.- Notwithstanding the foregoing, the author assigns the UPV the rights of reproduction, public communication and modification, for research and teaching purposes, to:
3.1 Reproduce the digital works, in whole or in part, in a digital format for their incorporation into an electronic database, including the right to store them in servers, as well as the right to make any other temporary reproduction necessary to allow the users the visualisation, reproduction or recording on the hard disk of the PC, for private use and/or for study and research purposes.
3.2 The public communication or making available, in whole or in part, digital works, as they may be requested; on demand, or dissemination through any analogue or digital communication channel.
3.3 Transform or adapt the digital works, either directly or through third parties, as it may be necessary to adapt it to the format, image or appearance of the internet or any other internet-related technology; as well as incorporating any other security system into the electronic format of digital works, with the author having the power to supervise the adaptation so as not to distort the content or meaning of the work.
3.4 Send the metadata of the digital works to the search engines or research networks that the university deems appropriate.
3.5 Carry out research studies and models on the contents generated.

4.- The contents generated should be used exclusively in accordance with the specific purposes of the UPV, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

5.- The author may at any time revoke the authorisation granted in this document for all or part of the content recorded. Should this take place, both the author and the UPV must remove the contents subject to such revocation from any publication on all servers owned by the UPV and those servers where the author or the UPV have published the contents, respectively.
