Remote Access Policy

This service is granted in a personal capacity and is non-transferable. The user of this service must be a member of the Universitat Politècnica de València.

The user is uniquely and directly responsible for the use of the service, and must be responsible for the safekeeping of the access code.

The user must have previously read all the policy and accepted it. The University reserves the right to accept or reject the provision of this service. Likewise, the University may cancel this service temporarily or permanently due to technical reasons or improper use, without prejudice to imposing the corresponding sanctions.

Other technical limitations may also be established in the provision of the service.

This service cannot be used for commercial or profit purposes.

In no case can the user make any profit from the operation of this service for third parties. The service cannot be used by companies or entities not related to the University.

Users of this service must respect the intellectual property rights of its owners. This service may not be used for the distribution or acquisition of commercial programmes, video, audio, footage, text or any other copyrighted format. Using this service to disseminate destructive, racist, xenophobic, or obscene content, content which justifies acts of terrorism or any other that the University deems inappropriate is not permitted.

The University shall have access control mechanisms. Such information shall always be made available for any investigation of an alleged illegal activity.
