This Staff Training Week aims to bring together professionals from partner universities to explore and discuss best practices, challenges, and innovative approaches in fostering meaningful engagement between universities and their surrounding communities. Through workshops, presentations, and networking sessions, participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, share experiences, and build valuable connections.

The program will cover various topics, including:

• Understanding the Intersection of Internationalization and Community Engagement: Gain insights into the ways in which internationalization efforts can enrich and strengthen community engagement initiatives.

• Cultivating Global Perspectives: Explore strategies for integrating global perspectives into community engagement projects to foster cross-cultural understanding and collaboration.

• Maximizing Impact and Sustainability: Explore best practices for measuring the impact of internationalization on community engagement efforts and ensuring their long-term sustainability.
