Funciones: Quality analysis of Raw material and final products. Organoleptic, F / Q an microbiological analyis. Analysis of the drinking water¿s quality. Sampling of surfaces for cleaning verification. Sampling and filling of of Raw material and final products. Visual inspction of the site to detect quality deficiences (cleaning, good handling practices, order, etc.) and report them to the Quality Manager. Keep records updated. Comply with IT.06 Breakage procedure for glass and hard plastics. Compliance with good handling practices according to the Welcome Manual. Hygienic Work Standards. In case of detection of a foreign person in the facilities without accompaniment by company personnel, accompany the person outside or to the Quality Manager. Update of the analysis results in the corresponding computer files. Update Raw material / Final products information in SAP (Quality parameters related with Iberia stock). Legionella and Water hardness control. Daily verification Labs Equipment Verification of probe temperatures in cameras with a pattern termometer. Verification of incubator temperatures. Checking the recipes to ensure the drums / Bins added during production. Sending samples in general according sales / purchase / CS requirements. Analysis of Oils to determine quality. Record of Incidences in general in the facility, structural, suppliers, traceability...Inspection at reception, checking Label match with supplier information. Prepare Agar¿s and reagents for Micro and Quemical analysis..Sterilization of petri dishes after Micro results. Control of Analysis Plan, in order to send samples accordingly. Control and sending of samples to TAB analysis. Control of back samples kept by Production / Raw material (muestroteca) including Oil samples. Doing stock transfers from cameras to production in order to balance temperature in the final blends. Calculation and addition of water to get the right Bx. Provide quality documents to other departments, Customs, Logistic, etc.

Requisitos: Degree in food technology or master's degree in food quality, completed as of 2019, students pending reading will not be ruled out TFM.High english level. Driving license and car to go to the company.
