Description
The project is centred on the study of techniques to accelerate the visualization of
groups of ordered (stacked) objects, for application to the monitoring of industrial processes and
virtual exploration of the environment. A key goal is to develop a virtual reality system which
integrates previously developed techniques with the needs of a real maritime cargo terminal, and to
create a prototype augmented reality system which permits remote access to alphanumeric
information using geometric information as a base for interaction
