José Vicente Morro received the Telecommunications Engineering degree from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV), Valencia, Spain, in 2001, and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree at UPV. In 2001, he became a Research Fellow with the Departamento de Comunicaciones, UPV. In 2003 he joined the Signal Theory and Communications Division, Universidad Miguel Hernández, where he was a Lecturer. In 2005, he rejoined the Departamento de Comunicaciones, UPV, as an Lecturer. His current interests include CAD design of microwave devices and EM optimization methods.
