The communication should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Title of paper (letter: Arial, size: 12, Line: 5, capital letters, centered, bold)
Reference PACS: (Arial, size 8, line 8, uppercase, aligned left). The notice should include reference PACS (Physics and Astronomy Classification Scheme).
Identifying the author / s: Surname, Name (Arial, size 10, line 10, left aligned). In the case of several authors, they will be separated by semicolons. If they belong to different institutions, after the each name, they will add a superscript number indicating the reference to be identified:
Abstract and 'Resumen'. (Arial, line 25, size 10, capital letters, bold, aligned left). No more than 100 words written in English and then the translation into Spanish with the title 'Resumen'. The abstract and 'resumen' will be included in the Proceedings of the Conference and Communications to be edited in paper.
The Official Publicaton will presented on a USB to be delivered to each attendee at the registration time, including the Proceedings of the Conference and Communications.
Communication will published as it is presented by the author/s. To write the communication you should follow the following instructions regarding the text size, composition, figures, etc.
Requirements for editing
The text of the communication must be composed according to the following criteria:
Composition of the Text: The text should be writen using the software for word processing Word in Windows environment.
- Up: 2.5 cm
- Bottom: 2.5, cm
- Left: 3 cm
- Right: 3 cm
- Binding: 0 cm
- Header: 1.25 cm
- Footer: 1.25 cm
- Font: Arial
- Print Size: 10. For the title of the communication, you will use size 12 and for the "Reference Pacs", size 8.
* Extension: Eight (8) pages (A4), figures, tables and graphics.
Placement of the different elements
Title of Communication: Line 5. All text in the Title in capital letters size 12, bold and centered.
Reference PACS: Line 8, size 8, all in caps and left-aligned. (Use only one reference for each communication PACS).
Author / s: Line 10. Left-aligned.
Institution / s: Line 11. Left-aligned.
Full Address: Start at line 12. (Include street address, zip code and the City and e-mail), all aligned to the left.
Beginning of text: In line 25. The text should begin with an abstract of 100 words with the title Abstract.
Spacing between paragraphs: Two lines.
Separation of new headings: Three lines
Headings and subheadings: The headings are written in capital letters and bold, left justified and separated from the final three lines of text above. The main subheadings, left justified, the first letter of each word capitalized. The remaining Subheadings the first letter capitalized.
Justification: The text should be justified on the left and right margins.
Page: The page will include text on the bottom and the center of each page without a number in the first one.
Illustrations: Graphs, photographs, diagrams and tables should be included within the text.
Equations and formulas, equations and formulas will be centered.
References: These should be grouped at the end of the text.

Each registration entitles you to the presentation of just one communication.
