Pre-registration results

Check if you have been admitted to the UPV from today, Friday, 14 July, at 1 pm and don't forget to enrol

[ 19/07/2023 ]

Today, Friday, 14 July, at 1 pm, the results of the pre-enrolment for the UPV degrees, double degrees, and APSP will be published. You will be able to consult them from that moment on this link.

If you have been admitted, you will find the date and time to register on this page. Remember that registration is online, and it is very important to do it at the assigned time; otherwise, it will be understood that you are giving up your place, and this vacancy will be allocated to another student via the waiting list.

Deadline for claims

The claim period for the pre-enrolment results begins on Monday, 17 July and ends at 2 pm on Wednesday,19 July. Claims can be made through the following link. The resolution of these claims will be published on Friday, 21 July.

Registration deadline for degrees, double degrees and APSP

The regular registration period for new degree and double degree students at the UPV is from Monday, 17 July to Tuesday, 18 July 2023, both inclusive. Students admitted to the Academic Programmes of Successive Pathways (APSP) will receive the appointment for self-enrolment in the degree linked to that APSP on the same days as the other incoming students.

UPV places that have become vacant will be offered to people on the waiting lists who have been activated.

If you enrol in a degree programme and are subsequently admitted to another degree programme that is of greater interest to you, you can enrol in the latter and cancel the previous enrolment. This procedure is automatic if both degrees are from the UPV (the same application will ask you if you want to cancel the enrolment in the first degree when you enrol in the second one). However, if the degrees are from different universities, you should ask the centre where you first enrolled how to request the cancellation of your enrolment.

What to do if you are on the waiting list?

If you have not been admitted to the degree you wish to study, you will, by default, be placed on the waiting list for that degree, double degree or APSP. If you are still interested, it is essential that you activate yourself on the waiting list between 14 and 18 July (until 11:59 pm). It is important to note that this action must be taken by yourself and that you can register on as many lists as you wish. If you do not place yourself on the waiting list for a degree within this period, you will not be considered to participate in the allocation of possible vacancies in the subsequent phases.

How to activate on a waiting list?

The option to join a waiting list is available on the same webpage. You can consult your pre-enrolment results, specifically in the 'Waiting list information' section, after logging in with your ID number (without the letter).

By clicking on the 'Manage waiting list' button, you will find a list of the degrees, double degrees and APSP for which you have been initially placed on a waitlist. Once you have decided which ones you wish to apply for, click the ‘+’ button for each. To unsubscribe from a list, click the '-' button. These buttons are only active for UPV degrees.

In the first phase (GVA phase), the deadline to activate or resign from each waiting list is 18 July at 11:59 pm. In subsequent phases, in the UPV, you do not need to activate again, but you can leave a waiting list in case you are no longer interested in a particular degree.

To get on the waiting list for a degree at another university, you should consult that university’s website for information on deadlines and procedures.

Five calls to allocate places

To allocate places to students on the waiting list, five calls will be made and admitted students will enrol according to the date and time assigned on the days indicated below:

  • Thursday, 20 July: enrolment between 9 am on 21 July and 2 pm on 24 July
  • Tuesday, 25 July: enrolment between 9 am on 26 July and 2 pm on 27 July
  • Thursday, 27 July: enrolment between 9 am on 28 July and 2 pm on 31 July
  • Tuesday, 5 September: enrolment between 9 am on 6 September and 2 pm on 7 September
  • Friday, 8 September: enrolment between 9 am on 11 September and 2 pm on 12 September

So, if you are on a waiting list for a UPV degree, you should check the pre-enrolment results website on the day of each call, from 5 pm. There, you will be able to check if there have been any movements on the waiting list for the degree you are interested in and if you have been assigned a vacant place. If you have been admitted to any of these calls, you will find the date and time to enrol on this page. In any case, students admitted to any of the calls will receive an SMS on their mobile phone informing them of the call and their PIN number for identification.

In addition, after these dates, more centralised calls could take place (the UPV's website would be informed in time), and, once this process is finished, the schools and faculties could cover the last vacancies by using the waiting lists of their degrees. And as soon as the waiting list has been filled, the UPV website will inform you if there are any degree vacancies.

More information

On the "Enrolment Information" website, you will find both general information about your enrolment (regulations, deadlines, documentation and information points) as well as specific information about your school or faculty (schedules, Comprehensive Student Support Programme, Welcome Days, University Tutorial Action Plan, etc.).

In addition, in the "Information on student services" section, you can find out about the library, the Sports Area, the Student House, internships in companies, the possibility of academic exchanges and many other services available to UPV students.
